Shipping policy

At Autumn England's Boutique, we partner with multiple premium fulfillment centers to bring you the highest quality products. To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will never be charged additional shipping fees for split orders, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package as soon as they leave our facilities.

⚠️ Important Notice: Imported & Globally Sourced Items

Many of our curated pieces are Curated Global Exclusives — sourced directly from our overseas partner studios (including suppliers in China and other international markets). These items ship internationally and must pass through international quality checks and U.S. customs clearance before entering the domestic delivery network.

Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery on imported items. And we mean it — plan accordingly. From our own testing, orders placed and cleared customs 8+ days later are still in transit. This is the reality of internationally sourced fashion and we want you to know upfront.

What happens after you order an imported item:

  1. Your order is confirmed and sent to our overseas partner studio
  2. The item is quality-checked and packaged (1–3 days)
  3. It ships internationally and clears U.S. customs (5–10 days)
  4. It enters the U.S. domestic delivery network (1–3 days)

Domestic Items Items fulfilled from our U.S. locations typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping — Domestic Items: 3–7 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping — Imported Items: 7–14 Business Days, including international transit, quality inspection, and customs clearance

Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates for imported items may have gaps during international transit and customs processing — this is completely normal and does not mean your order is lost.
