Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive after the processing period. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International & Overseas Shipping: For orders fulfilled by our international suppliers, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery after the processing period. Overseas shipments may experience additional delays due to customs, carrier volume, and global logistics conditions. Please plan accordingly — we appreciate your patience!

Tracking Your Order: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your investment pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Return Window: We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. If  7 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

The Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount along with the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
