1. Product Sourcing & Origin

Most products offered by Autumn England’s Boutique are sourced from international warehouses, primarily
located in China. Certain jewelry items may be sourced from either the United States or China warehouses.
This global sourcing allows us to offer a diverse range of unique items.

2. Product Information & Variations

a. Sizing & Measurements

Please be aware that products sourced internationally may adhere to different sizing standards (e.g., Asian or
European sizing) compared to US measurements. We strongly advise all customers to carefully consult the
size charts provided on each product page and below in our “Size & Measurement Conversion Guide” before
making a purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct size is selected.

 

b. Weights & Units

Product weights may be listed in grams (g) or other metric units. Please refer to our “Size & Measurement
Conversion Guide” for common conversions to US customary units (e.g., pounds).

c. Product Images

We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings,
lighting, and manufacturing batches, the actual color, texture, or appearance of a product may differ slightly
from the images shown.

3. Shipping & Delivery

a. Processing Time

Orders typically require a processing time before shipment. This can vary depending on the product and
warehouse location.

b. Shipping Times

Given the international origin of many of our products, shipping times can vary significantly. While we aim for
prompt delivery, please allow for extended shipping periods. Tracking information will be provided once
available.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Disputes

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy on returns, exchanges, and disputes carefully:

a. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned to us immediately after delivery if a defect
or issue is identified. We require notification and initiation of the dispute process within [14-30 days] of
delivery.

b. Dispute Process & Required Documentation

For any issues with your order (e.g., damaged items, incorrect products, missing items), a formal Dispute Form
must be filled out. This form will be provided upon request for a return or exchange.
Crucially, for damaged items, you must provide:
● Clear photographs or a video of the damaged item(s).
● Clear photographs of how the package arrived (exterior condition, shipping label, etc.).
This documentation is essential for us to process your claim with our suppliers.

c. Exchange Timeline

Due to the nature of international dropshipping and potential overseas shipping for exchanges, the process for
an exchange may take up to 45 days from the time your returned item is received and processed by our team.
We appreciate your patience.

d. Potential Additional Costs for Returns/Exchanges

Please be aware that if a return to our supplier’s overseas warehouse is required, additional costs may be
associated. These costs can include, but are not limited to, return shipping fees, customs duties, and potential
processing or restocking fees levied by the supplier. These charges will be deducted from your refund or
applied to your exchange. We will inform you of any such costs once the return is assessed.

e. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, customization, or final sale status. This will be
indicated on the product page.

5. Our Role as a Third-Party Supplier

Autumn England’s Boutique acts as a third-party intermediary, connecting you with unique products from
various global suppliers. While we carefully select our suppliers and strive for quality, we do not directly
manufacture, store, or ship most items. This model allows us to offer a wider variety of products without
holding large inventories.

6. Right to Refusal

Autumn England’s Boutique reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our
sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or abusive
behavior.

7. Customer Service & Dispute Resolution

We kindly request that you attempt to resolve any disputes with us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
